Filoha Meadows Nature Preserve is a large open space area two miles north of Redstone, CO. “Filoha” is the Ethiopian word for “hot water”, as the property contains unique ecological properties due to the hot springs and geothermal activity underlying the area. The nature preserve is closed Oct. 1 – June 30. Dogs are not allowed in the nature preserve.
