The Frying Pan Spring is a fresh Rocky Mountain spring water source along Frying Pan Road (CR 104) in Basalt, CO.

To get to the spring from Downtown Basalt travel up Frying Pan Road (CR 104) until you pass mile marker 10. A pullover spot is after the mile marker on the right (river side) with an information sign about Gold Medal Water. Continue 0.3 miles and a pullover spot is on the left (opposite the river) where the spring is located just off the road in the shade of the trees.
