If you travel regularly on Highway 82, you’ve probably seen a jogger. There aren’t a lot of people jogging on the highway, there’s one. This person is moving along at a brisk walking speed, a bit slumped over, but always going forward. Traveling upvalley and downvalley, without a discernible running schedule, the lone jogger runs along Highway 82. It’s perplexing.
