Aspen attracts tourists from all over the world and it’s not shocking this trendy little mountain town of the rich and famous can’t wait to embrace the latest fad. But, some trends you would never see coming. While hard to actually take seriously, people can’t get enough of hobby horses.
As far as we can tell, this hobby horse thing took off earlier this year in Finland at the Annual Hobby Horse Championship, from there it’s only spread. Everyone started covering it, the Associated Press, Wall Street Journal, there’s a film, hobby horses are everywhere.
Aspen has seen these little ponies ride in and it’s unlike anything this town has ever seen before. How ridiculous has this summer been!?! Aspen has hobby horse mania.
