Midvalley View Trail is an intermediate/moderate trail you can hike and run. This is an unmarked dirt trail in the Basalt State Wildlife Area in Basalt, CO. Winter closure Dec. 1 to April 15. Hunting takes place in October & November in the Basalt State Wildlife Area, use caution and dress appropriately.

This trail is awesome. It has some really great views early and often in the hike. It connects with Original Road if you go to the right. Stay left and it eventually crosses along the electric poles between Missouri Heights and Basalt Mountain.
