Rifle Gap is a narrow pass through the Grand Hogback that goes to Rifle Gap State Park located 10 miles off I-70 northeast of Rifle. This is a site along Highway 325 northeast of Rifle, CO.
To get to Rifle Gap from Glenwood Springs, travel west on I-70 and take Exit 90 to CO-13 North to Rifle/Meeker. Turn right onto CO-13 North and continue straight on Railroad Ave. Just past Downtown Rifle turn right onto CO-325 North and in 3.5 miles pass the Rifle Creek Golf Course and just ahead is the Gap.
