The Aspen Times (April 19, 2016) – Hikers, bikers will soon salivate over new trails in Snowmass, Emma
The Rim Trail is a Roaring Fork Valley classic not only for its fun factor but also for the beautifu views. This fast rolling, intermediate-rated, sinuous singletrack is not technically challenging, but be aware of steep climbs that area aerobically demanding. The trail travels north for approximately 4 miles before intersecting Sinclair Road and tying into the Rim Trail North. South-to-North is the recommended direction. Be aware of oncoming foot and bike traffic. Please stay on the trail and respect private property that lies to either side. Dogs must be on leash at all times on all Town trails. THE LEASH LAW IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Please be courteous – clean up after your dog and pack out waste.”
