To get to South Thompson Creek Road (FSR #305) from Carbondale, travel 6.5 miles up Thompson Creek Road (CR 108) from the Colorado Rocky Mountain School and bridge crossing the Crystal River. The unmarked dirt road will be on your left at a large dirt turnaround area.
